There is a minimum order of 24 to get started for candles, room sprays and lotions. For Beard Oils there is a minimum order of 12.

Frequent Asked Questions

What sizes do the candles come in? Sizes available: 4oz and 8.5oz. Please indicate which size you would like when submitting you inquire.

Are deposit accepted? No, we do not accept deposits. Production will not begin until the full amount is received. Once the invoice is sent the customer has 15 days to pay the invoice or it will be cancelled. 

Do you provide local pick up? Local pick up is available on the weekends only and it has to be within a 15-mile radiance

Do you provide Rush Orders? Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.

Can you customize the scents? Yes, customized scents are available however please keep in mind that those scents would need to be tested and could require additional processing times.

Will the items come with your company information on them? Yes, all products come with the B U Candles Co company information on them. We do not currently offer private label which allows you to put your own company information on them.
