A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is complete. Please be sure to check your spam folders also as sometimes are sent there.

While we know that in transition things can happen which include your products being damaged.
In order for us to ensure that you receive a replacement in a timely manner please email customer service at bucandlescocustomerservice@gmail.com and provide a picture of the damaged product within 48 hours.
You will receive an update and new tracking number for your replacement within 72 hours from receipt of your email.
