Frequent Asked Questions
Are deposits accepted? Yes, we accept deposit with the final payment being due 45 days before the event. Once the invoice is sent the customer has 10 days to pay the invoice or it will be cancelled.
What happens if I cancel? We understand that things do happen beyond your control. We ask that you provide a written cancellation within 30 days of the event. You will receive your full deposit back as long as cancelled within the noted time frame. If it is cancelled after the 30-day window you will forfeit your deposit.
Can you customize the scents? Yes, guest are able to customize their scents and their own personal touch to it.
Is there a minimum amount of guest to book? Yes, based on the package you select for your event.
Is there a travel fee? Travel fees are applied when outside of a 25mil radius
