   - Reflect on how you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically.

2. Identify Needs:

   - Create a list of self-care activities you enjoy (e.g., reading, gratitude journaling, bath time).

   - Prioritize those that have a positive impact on your wellbeing.


3. Commitment:

   - Set a personal commitment statement (e.g., “I will prioritize my self-care by dedicating at least 30 minutes every day to myself.”).
